As a bartender at Taste Buds Management, you will be one of the most visible representatives serving our valued guests. You will not only prepare and serve drinks but also support servers by quickly and accurately preparing beverages for guests dining in the restaurant. Bartenders at Taste Buds Management are expected to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders while maintaining excellent quality standards. The principle of "3 Deep Mentality" is critical during busy periods, ensuring all guests, even those not seated at the bar top, receive attentive and efficient service. Each bartender is responsible for a specific section but must also contribute to the overall service and upkeep of the entire bar area.

The role demands professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to the company's service standards. Bartenders must build rapport with guests, learning their names and preferences to foster a loyal customer base. The position involves several responsibilities, including opening, running, shift change, and closing duties. Side work responsibilities will also be assigned and monitored to maintain cleanliness and order within the bar area.

There are three primary roles within the bartender position: Rail, Service Bar, and Cocktail. Bartenders are scheduled across these roles, requiring them to master the unique duties of each. To perform successfully, candidates must demonstrate competencies such as quality, quantity, safety, attendance, and punctuality. The working environment is dynamic and fast-paced, involving regular standing, walking, lifting, and exposure to various temperatures and noise levels.
