Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, such as kegs and cases of beverages
Job Qualifications
- Customer service skills
- attention to detail
- knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail pairings
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
- engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, taking orders and making recommendations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces
- monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure the bar is well-stocked
- adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and sanitation practices
- demonstrate accuracy in all cash handling procedures
