We are currently looking to expand our team by hiring a dedicated Bartender who will contribute significantly to our reputation for outstanding service. As a Bartender, you will be entrusted with preparing and serving beverages according to our exacting standards, adhering strictly to recipes to ensure consistency in every drink served. Beyond technical skills, the position demands a deep understanding of alcohol service laws, impeccable communication skills with both guests and teammates, and a proactive approach to solving potential issues. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience in a fine dining environment
- ability to communicate in English, including speaking, reading, and writing
- experience using a point of sale system
- must meet the local legal minimum age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages
- strong coordination skills for proper pouring and carrying multiple drinks and plates simultaneously

Job Duties
- Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards
- deliver genuine hospitality and establish emotional connections with guests
- contribute to overall teamwork and success of the restaurant
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- determine guests needs and make appropriate recommendations to enhance the dining experience
- prepare drink orders for guests and servers according to recipes in a timely manner
- execute beverage tray service and answer guest questions regarding food and beverage offerings
- adhere to all alcohol awareness procedures
- handle guest complaints professionally and alert management immediately
- process payments and handle cash accurately
- communicate with managers and hosts regarding table availability and important updates
- follow up with guests about their meal and dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation
- demonstrate professional and gracious demeanor at all times
- perform all opening, running, and closing duties accurately
- perform any job function requested by management
