Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
- able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- willingness to undergo background and drug screening as required by company policy
- compliance with legal age requirements for alcohol service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in bartending or customer service roles
- knowledge of drink recipes and beverage preparation
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- basic math skills for measuring and portion control
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet and interact with guests
- answer questions and take drink orders
- prepare drink orders according to specified recipes
- serve alcohol responsibly adhering to service limits and portion control
- validate guests meet minimum drinking age
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- assist other departments as needed
- maintain cleanliness and condition of bar equipment and tools
- welcome and greet guests and anticipate their needs
- interact professionally with colleagues and guests
- contribute to team goals
- follow company policies and safety procedures
