Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or related hospitality experience preferred
- Legal age to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

- Strong knowledge of MVP program
- Experience with POS systems and order accuracy
- Familiarity with drink recipes and beverage preparation
- Ability to explain menu items clearly
- Skills in customer service and upselling
- Experience in handling payments and verifying IDs
- Knowledge of cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage bar inventory and stock
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Review MVP program with guests
- Input guests order accurately into POS system
- Review menus and answer questions about menu items
- Upsell to improve dining experience and raise check average
- Explain how menu items are prepared
- Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
- Collect payment for all orders
- Check identification to verify age for alcohol purchase
- Clean bars, work areas, and tables
- Limit problems related to excessive drinking by informing managers
- Make all alcoholic beverages for bar guests
- Serve liquor, wine, bottled or draft beer
- Stock bar with supplies
- Serve food items to customers at the bar
- Follow drink recipes and specifications
- Cut fresh fruit for drink garnishes
- Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays
- Keep storage areas and coolers clean and organized
- Put deliveries away properly
- Maintain a positive and professional approach
