Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication skills
- knowledge of basic food safety and handling
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly desirable
- experience working as a bartender in service environments preferred
- familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach
- knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and serving best practices
- excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair
- assist in home-made syrup preparation and food handling to ensure safety and quality standards
- operate toast POS systems efficiently for orders, payments, and cash handling
- provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, café space, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality
- support the team by restocking supplies, cleaning workstations, and assisting with food service as needed
