The role of Bartender at Lancer Hospitality is a part-time position based onsite in Edina, Minnesota, within the Dining & Events segment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals skilled in mixing and serving beverages, as well as performing meal service, to join an energetic and customer-focused team. The bartender will be responsible for following standard recipes to prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while providing excellent customer service. The role also involves setting up and breaking down bars and beverage stations, ensuring all areas maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. Additionally, bartenders will perform food service duties as needed and engage with customers by describing and recommending menu items, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Job Duties
- Following standard recipes to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests of the service bar
- Setting up and breaking down all front of house and back of house bars and beverage stations
- Performing food service as needed
- Customer service, including describing and recommending menu items
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitoring inventory levels and restocking supplies as necessary
- Complying with all health and safety regulations
