We are currently seeking professionally minded, service-oriented bartenders to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our restaurant’s success, requiring a passion for mixology and a commitment to excellent customer service. Bartenders at Tomatillos not only prepare a wide variety of alcohol and non-alcohol beverages but also play a key role in enhancing the guests' experience by engaging patrons in lively conversation and upselling premium products, especially our renowned margaritas. Compliance with all Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) regulations is mandatory, ensuring a safe and responsible environment for our customers. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced bar atmosphere, demonstrating efficiency and professionalism during extended shifts aligned with sales volume. This position demands at least two years of bartending experience, excellent knowledge of mixology, particularly in crafting margaritas, and the ability to foster a positive team environment by working closely with restaurant management and other staff members.
