Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
- Knowledge of beverage recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality and provide exceptional guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area and guest touchpoints
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe dining environment
- Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
