Employees in this role work closely with management and other team members to enhance guest satisfaction scores and contribute to an overall positive experience at the hotel. There is a clear growth path from this position toward supervisory and managerial roles such as Beverage Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, and eventually Food & Beverage Manager, providing long-term career advancement potential within the organization.

HHM Hotels equips its bartending team with essential certifications and training opportunities, including TIPS and Food Sanitation certificates, which are either preferred or required within a designated timeframe after employment. This role is both a customer service and operational position that requires a blend of skills in mixology, hospitality, and teamwork to ensure smooth bar operations and an exceptional guest experience.
