Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be of legal drinking age
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in luxury or fine dining establishments is a plus

Job Duties
- Handcraft imaginative cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks to company standards
- Guide guests through menus and provide beverage and food recommendations
- Take accurate orders and provide friendly, attentive service
- Maintain a stocked and clean bar area
- Follow health and safety regulations and sanitation practices
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol
- Build positive guest relationships to encourage repeat visits
