Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Must follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
- Present a professional appearance
- Ability to work flexible, seasonal hours
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of bartending or related food and beverage experience
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods

- No supervisory experience required
Job Duties
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Ensure bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Provide exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage cash handling and transactions accurately
- Anticipate and respond to guests' needs and preferences
- Collaborate with other hotel departments for seamless guest experiences
- Comply with all health, safety, and company policies
