Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years bartending experience in high-volume settings
  • Knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar
  • Experience in upscale or hospitality-driven environments preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and classic drink preparation
  • Ability to remain organized and composed during busy services
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests following all recipes and service standards
  • Deliver warm, engaging hospitality to guests at the bar and in the dining room
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the cocktail list, wine program, spirits, and menu offerings
  • Execute service efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout service
  • Work closely with barbacks, servers, and management to ensure smooth service
  • Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and stocking
