Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years bartending experience in high-volume settings
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Knowledge of health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar
- Experience in upscale or hospitality-driven environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and classic drink preparation
- Ability to remain organized and composed during busy services
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests following all recipes and service standards
- Deliver warm, engaging hospitality to guests at the bar and in the dining room
- Maintain strong knowledge of the cocktail list, wine program, spirits, and menu offerings
- Execute service efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout service
- Work closely with barbacks, servers, and management to ensure smooth service
- Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and stocking
