Currently, Elephante is seeking experienced bartenders to join its dynamic team. The position is hourly, paying $17.81 plus tips, and candidates should expect to work nights, weekends, and holidays typical of the hospitality industry. As a bartender at Elephante, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service by preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and service standards. You will be required to maintain thorough knowledge of the cocktail menu, wine selection, spirits, and other drink offerings, ensuring that every guest receives a personalized and memorable experience. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years bartending experience in high-volume settings
  • Knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar
  • Experience in upscale or hospitality-driven environments preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and classic drink preparation

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests following all recipes and service standards
