Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience with bartending in the casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are preferred
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

Job Duties
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Applebee's specifications
- Serve food and drinks directly to guests while maintaining high service standards
- Create friendly and personal connections with guests to enhance their dining experience
- Maintain a clean and comfortable bar and restaurant environment
- Set the pace for attentive and timely service during shifts
- Deliver orders accurately and promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Proactively address and resolve any guest complaints or service issues
