Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Legal age to serve alcohol as per local laws
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb
- Good hearing and vision
- No resume or interview required for application
- Successful completion of onboarding session
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Duties
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and event patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Present bar menu to customers
- Remain on feet for the entire shift
- Lift and carry up to 25 lb frequently and up to 50 lb occasionally
- Reach with hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly
