Job Requirements
- Two or more years of recent high-volume bartending experience
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- availability to work weekends and some holidays
- compliance with all alcoholic beverage laws, company policies and procedures
- eligibility to work in the United States

- knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- familiarity with POS systems and digital reservation platforms
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Job Duties
- Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
- know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations
- have a strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- know basic cocktail recipes
- keep it clean and be fanatical about clutter
- perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
- respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
- understand POS systems and OpenTable or other digital/online reservation systems
- follow all alcoholic beverage laws, company policies and procedures
- be available to work weekends and some holidays
- be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
