Job Requirements

  • Two or more years of recent high-volume bartending experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • availability to work weekends and some holidays
  • compliance with all alcoholic beverage laws, company policies and procedures
  • eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Two or more years of recent high-volume bartending experience

  • knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
  • familiarity with POS systems and digital reservation platforms
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
  • know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations
  • have a strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
  • know basic cocktail recipes
  • keep it clean and be fanatical about clutter
  • perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
  • respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
  • understand POS systems and OpenTable or other digital/online reservation systems
  • follow all alcoholic beverage laws, company policies and procedures
  • be available to work weekends and some holidays
  • be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
