- prior bartending or related hospitality experience
- ability to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- commitment to safety and guest satisfaction
