Job Requirements

  • Previous bartending experience required
  • ability to obtain alcohol beverage and/or food service certifications as required by local ordinance
  • strong knowledge of spirits, beer and wine, and responsible alcohol service required
  • ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

  • ability and willingness to work a varied and flexible schedule including weekends, days, nights, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and take drink and food orders in a timely manner
  • prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences
  • maintain strong knowledge of food and beverage menus to provide recommendations and upsell premium products when appropriate
  • ensure responsible alcohol service, monitoring guest consumption and follow all local laws and hotel policies
  • handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues quickly
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including counters, sinks, shelves, and glassware
  • restock liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, mixers, and supplies throughout the shift
