Job Duties

  • Open and close the bar following Hash Kitchen standard operating procedure
  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with Hash Kitchen drink recipes
  • Arrange and maintain liquor program functionally to execute drink preparation
  • Organize, clean, stock, and prep bloody Mary cart
  • Clean and sanitize the bar areas, equipment, and surrounding work areas
  • Oversee bar maintenance and report any equipment issues to the restaurant management
  • Assist in the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by store management
