Job Duties

Open and close the bar following Hash Kitchen standard operating procedure
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with Hash Kitchen drink recipes
Arrange and maintain liquor program functionally to execute drink preparation
Organize, clean, stock, and prep bloody Mary cart
Clean and sanitize the bar areas, equipment, and surrounding work areas
Oversee bar maintenance and report any equipment issues to the restaurant management
Assist in the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies
Perform other duties as assigned by store management
