Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bartending or similar role
- Knowledge of local alcohol laws and responsible service
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending or relevant beverage service experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to memorize drink recipes and mix ingredients accurately
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation and bar inventory management
- Responsible alcohol service practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
