Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in bartending or related field preferred
  • Ability to prepare beverages and follow recipes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending or relevant hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to memorize and prepare drink recipes accurately
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training

Job Duties

  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards
  • Provide exceptional guest service with genuine hospitality
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area and guest touchpoints
  • Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
  • Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Promote a positive and welcoming environment for guests and coworkers
