The position available is for a Part-Time Barman role within the Delta Sky Club located at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). This role offers an hourly wage of $22.80 and operates on a rotation shift basis with varying shift schedules that may require open availability. As a Barman at SodexoMagic, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and with minimal waste. The position requires effective teamwork with servers and other staff members to ensure prompt and seamless customer service. Responsibilities include greeting customers, preparing a variety of drink recipes with proper garnishes, maintaining a well-stocked and organized bar area, completing accurate opening counts, and managing inventory orders. The ability to remain courteous, diplomatic, and attentive when interacting with customers is essential.

The role demands physical stamina, including the capacity to walk or stand for extended periods potentially exceeding 8 hours per shift, perform repetitive motions, and occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Adaptability is important as duties may vary between accounts based on business needs and client requirements. Punctuality and consistent attendance for assigned shifts are also critical to success in this position.
