Job Requirements
- High school diploma, general education diploma (GED), or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience
- Preferred ability to prepare a wide range of drink recipes and mix beverages correctly
- Minimum age required to serve alcohol or work as a barman according to local and state laws
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to perform repetitive movements
- Punctuality and reliable attendance
- Willingness to work varying shifts including rotation
- Must be able to interact cordially and attentively with customers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) or equivalent experience
- Ability to prepare a wide range of drink recipes and mix beverages correctly preferred
- Minimum age required by local and state regulations to serve alcohol or work as a barman
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet customers, mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with appropriate garnishes
- Ensure the assigned bar area is fully stocked with necessary tools and products to prepare and serve beverages
- Complete accurate opening counts and place inventory or purchase orders as needed to replenish supplies
- Maintain a courteous, diplomatic, and attentive manner when dealing with customers
- Walk or move around frequently during shifts, including standing for long periods potentially exceeding 8 hours
- Reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Perform repetitive motions as required
- Arrive for scheduled shifts on time and maintain consistent attendance
- Adapt to additional assigned tasks as needed based on business and client requirements
