Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a bartender or in a similar role
- Valid alcohol service certification or ability to obtain certification
- Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience working as a bartender is highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of bartending fundamentals, mixology, and current industry trends
- Must be able to obtain all required alcohol service certifications per state, local, and Aramark standards
- Excellent hospitality skills characterized by a friendly demeanor and extensive beverage knowledge
- Superior organizational and multitasking skills with a sharp focus on accuracy and detail
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting, moving, or pulling objects weighing up to 25 lbs
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy, and vibrant work environment
- Must be flexible and willing to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Acknowledge arrivals, document patron orders, and execute transactions through cash or credit card processing
- Offer a diverse array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to attendees
- Hand out beverages to servers from the service well, if required
- Respect alcohol service guidelines and safe drinking protocols including verifying customers' age
- Ensure compliance with cash handling policies and procedures
- Arrange and dismantle workstation setups, emphasizing sanitizing and hygiene maintenance
- Keep track of inventory levels and ensure products are stocked adequately
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to deliver remarkable service and ensure guest delight
- Exhibit an optimistic approach when communicating with guests, clients, and co-workers
- Secure the protection of company valuables
