Known across the world for its luxury resorts and hotels, Four Seasons creates an environment where employees bring passion, character, and heart to their craft, ensuring each guest interaction is meaningful and memorable. The company's philosophy centers on unique personalized service, cultivating genuine connections through kindness and attentiveness, which results in a distinguished guest experience that is second to none.

At Four Seasons, the work culture is supportive and nurturing, providing employees with opportunities for continuous learning, collaboration, and pursuit of excellence. This culture not only strengthens employee engagement but also promotes advancement within the hospitality industry. The organization values people who demonstrate authenticity, enthusiasm, and dedication, thereby ensuring that every team member contributes thoughtfully to the collective goal of outstanding service. Four Seasons operates with a strong ethical foundation—a core value symbolized by the Golden Rule, which guides interpersonal interactions and highlights the importance of treating others as one wishes to be treated. This ethical approach extends both to guest relations and employee interactions, fostering a positive and respectful work environment.

In the role of Barkeeper at Four Seasons, you will be an essential part of delivering luxury beverage service at private functions, celebrations, and resort events. Your role will involve creating exceptional beverage experiences that align perfectly with the Four Seasons standards of luxury and service excellence. It is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you will thrive in energetic event settings, contributing to the seamless execution of world-class hospitality.

Your responsibilities will include greeting guests with warmth and attentiveness, serving a wide range of beverages with accuracy, and maintaining full knowledge of drink offerings including ingredients, preparation methods, and recommended pairings. Additionally, you will be charged with setting up and breaking down bar areas to facilitate smooth service and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout your shift. Collaboration with banquet captains, event managers, and other service team members is crucial to ensuring flawless operations during events. Adherence to sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines is expected at all times.

Aside from your primary functions during banquet events, you may also be called upon to assist other food and beverage outlets such as the pool bar. This flexibility demonstrates Four Seasons’ commitment to teamwork and optimal guest service throughout the resort. Working as a Barkeeper at Four Seasons offers you competitive hourly earnings based on experience, separate tips and service charges during banquet events, and opportunities for additional work hours during peak periods. Employment includes access to an industry-leading benefits package, which encompasses comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, discounted employee housing, a staff travel program with reduced lodging rates worldwide, and attractive paid time off. Other benefits include resort-wide discounts, complimentary meals, uniform cleaning, and exclusive access to ski passes, underscoring Four Seasons’ commitment to supporting and rewarding its team members.

Overall, joining Four Seasons as a Barkeeper places you within a prestigious hospitality brand recognized for luxury, innovation, and heart-driven service. This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking to advance their career in high-end hospitality environments, gain valuable event and beverage service experience, and thrive in a culture that embraces personal and professional excellence.
