Job Description

Infuse Hospitality, a proud member of the Phoenix3 Collective portfolio, is a leading provider of culinary and hospitality solutions tailored for corporate workplaces, specialty venues, and mixed-use spaces across the nation. Renowned for its commitment to authentic experiences and innovative approaches, Infuse Hospitality is transforming how hospitality services enhance the environments where we work, gather, and connect. With operations spanning multiple dining locations nationwide, Infuse Hospitality is dedicated to creating memorable and elevated guest experiences in every setting.

We are currently seeking a skilled, hospitality-driven Barista / Mixologist to join our team in a unique hybrid role based in Chicago's Loop area. This position operates within an elevated, guest-facing corporate café and bar environment, offering a dynamic opportunity for professionals who excel in crafting high-quality coffee beverages and cocktails. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and thrive on engaging with guests while maintaining a polished and professional service atmosphere.

The Barista / Mixologist will serve a floating role across multiple accounts, providing vital support to various locations as needed. Approximately 75 percent of the responsibilities will focus on barista duties including preparing and serving expertly crafted espresso beverages and coffee. The remaining responsibilities involve bartending tasks such as creating mixed cocktails, managing beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Candidates for this role should possess a refined balance of technical skill and hospitality finesse. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering warm, attentive, and engaging service to corporate tenants and guests, ensuring the café and bar environment remains clean, organized, and well-stocked. A commitment to safety, sanitation, and compliance with Illinois liquor laws is essential. Additionally, collaboration with teammates to support overall café operations, light food service, and assisting in opening and closing duties will be part of the role.

The Barista / Mixologist will also play an important role in supporting larger events and activations across accounts when needed. This position demands professionalism, strong communication skills, proactive inventory management, and a keen focus on contributing to a positive team environment. The ideal candidate brings a passion for hospitality, excellent multitasking abilities, and an upbeat, reliable work ethic.

This position offers competitive compensation at a rate of $20-$21 per hour plus tips, with a favorable Monday through Friday schedule and no late nights or weekend shifts. Opportunities for growth within the company are available for motivated individuals. Infuse Hospitality embraces a culture of learning and values attitude, curiosity, and care as much as experience, encouraging candidates who may not meet every criterion to apply and grow within the team.
