As a Barista, you will play an integral role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests at the Mining Exchange Hotel by preparing and serving a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, blended coffee, tea, and more. You will be expected to customize each order to the customer's specifications, describe product details to help guests make informed choices, and ensure the availability and cleanliness of customer service stations. The role also includes handling customer payments, serving prepared foods and baked goods, maintaining inventory, and ensuring that equipment is sanitized and functioning correctly.

This position requires availability on weekends and holidays to meet the demands of the hospitality business.
