Partners will engage with customers, learning their preferences and creating customized beverages and food items according to recipes or specific customer requests. The role requires flexibility to perform various tasks within the store during each shift, including cash handling, maintaining store safety, and adhering to high standards for food preparation and quality.

Job Requirements
- No previous experience required
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food production, cash handling, and store safety and security
- Engage with and understand customers
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
