Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling, product quality, and safety with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage effectively with customers through clear, pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform various store tasks during shifts
- Ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed

Job Duties
- Provide quality beverages and food products adhering to standard recipes or customized customer preferences

- Follow store operating policies and safety standards including cash handling
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift to support smooth operations
- Prepare food and beverages accurately including modifications such as ingredient adjustments
- Build positive relationships with customers and team members to foster a welcoming environment
