Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation
- availability for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- comply with store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
- engage and communicate effectively with customers
- prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- perform multiple tasks as needed during shifts

Job Duties

- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling and safety
- engage with and understand customers, discovering and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
- perform various store tasks during each shift
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
