The role of a Starbucks partner, often referred to as a barista, is pivotal to delivering the exceptional customer experience Starbucks is known for. The primary responsibility is to craft high-quality coffee and food products to exacting standards, ensuring each order is customized to the customer's preferences whenever needed. Each shift presents an opportunity to brighten a customer’s day through simple gestures such as a smile, remembering favorite orders, or providing friendly conversation.

Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers including responding to customer needs through communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
