Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards for beverage and food quality, cash handling, safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to engage with customers and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Ability to prepare food and beverages following standard or customized recipes
- Willingness to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
