Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality product preparation, cash handling, and safety protocols with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Engage effectively with customers to identify and respond to their needs
  • Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including modifications
  • Capable of performing multiple tasks within the store during each shift
  • Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers and team members

Job Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
