Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including recipe changes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Prepare coffee and beverages according to standard recipes and customer specifications

- Maintain quality and safety standards in beverage and food preparation
- Handle cash transactions accurately and follow store policies
- Perform various tasks during shifts, including store opening and closing procedures
- Collaborate as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations
- Provide a warm and welcoming customer experience
