The role you will assume is primarily focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences through direct interaction, product knowledge, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. As a vital member of the service team, you will be responsible for connecting with customers by preparing quality beverages and menu items while staying updated on seasonal specials and preparation techniques. Your personal presentation and ability to represent the brand as an ambassador will contribute significantly to the overall guest perception and satisfaction.
The role requires a dynamic, outgoing, and social individual passionate about guest service and capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment without compromising attention to detail and product quality. Although prior experience in a similar capacity is beneficial, it is not mandatory as the company values attitude and willingness to learn. Physically, the role entails standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting up to 30 pounds, thereby demanding stamina and physical readiness.

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by connecting with customers and preparing quality beverages and products
- Stay knowledgeable about menu items, seasonal specials, and preparation techniques while recommending menu options to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, performing all cleaning, opening, and closing duties
- Process all payment methods accurately and efficiently
- Serve as an ambassador by maintaining a professional and polished personal appearance
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations
