The position requires a solid understanding of food and beverage preparation standards, health regulations, and customer service excellence. The ideal candidate will possess safe server alcohol and food handler certifications, demonstrating a commitment to safety and quality in food service.

This position typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred food service experience ranging from one to three years and a minimum of one year dedicated to customer service. Employees are expected to comply fully with Azul Hospitality's grooming and uniform policies, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
