Job Requirements
- A flexible schedule including availability mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Use of hands for precision tasks
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Capability to squat, bend, twist, and reach as needed
- Ability to climb ladders, stairs, ramps, and uneven surfaces

Job Qualifications
- Passionate about coffee, culinary items, sustainability, and guest experience
- Existing or willingness to obtain Food Handler’s Certification within 30 days
- Basic math and computer skills
- Reliable and punctual with a positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, teammates, vendors, and suppliers
- Make and serve beverages using various brewing and preparation methods
- Prepare and serve food items
- Stay knowledgeable about beverage and food offerings through tastings and trainings
- Taste beverages regularly to ensure quality and uphold standards
- Create community by sharing knowledge and enthusiasm for coffee
- Support smooth café operations including cleaning, organizing, and maintenance
- Promote sustainability and uphold health and safety guidelines
- Complete Blue Bottle Academy training and 90-day validation
