Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or barista role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to operate point of sale systems
- Must comply with all casino policies and liquor laws
Job Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to speak English
- Previous bartending or barista experience
- Previous food and beverage or guest service experience is a plus
- Ability to ring in orders and settle checks on Point of Sale system
- Ability to count money and make correct change
Job Duties
- Prepare various coffee drink and food items according to the recipe and standards
- Demonstrate exceptional guest service skills when selling food and beverage items to guests or employees and inform guests of casino facilities and their location
- Continually operate cash register and accept payment for food and beverage products ensuring accuracy when making change
- Be extremely responsive to guests questions regarding food items, prices, methods of preparation, items on sale, and availability of various food and beverage products
- Consistently adhere to all Point Place Casino policies and New York State Liquor Authority laws
