We are currently seeking a part-time Barista to join our team at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center located at 3333 Silas Creek Parkway, Winston Salem, NC 27013. This position offers a competitive pay range of $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, working a flexible part-time schedule from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM with rotating weekend shifts and varying days. The Barista role is crucial in providing outstanding customer service through the preparation and serving of coffee, espresso drinks, and related food and beverage items following health and safety guidelines such as HACCP standards.

As a Barista at Morrison Healthcare, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality beverage preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area, accurately handling transactions, and promoting a friendly and courteous atmosphere to all customers and coworkers. Your daily activities will encompass preparing espresso orders according to standardized recipes, managing point-of-sale operations, replenishing supplies, and maintaining proper food presentation and safety standards. You will also engage with customers to understand their preferences, answer questions about the menu, and contribute to a positive dining experience. This role demands attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently during busy service times, and a genuine passion for customer satisfaction.
