The role of a part-time Barista at Sadelle's Coconut Grove is essential to maintaining the restaurant's high standards of service and beverage quality. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages that meet the restaurant’s quality standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, dedication to customer satisfaction, and the ability to work efficiently during busy service hours.

In addition to crafting excellent coffee drinks, the Barista will support the front-of-house team by running tickets and delivering beverages to tables during lunch periods, ensuring a smooth and timely service experience. The position involves maintaining a clean and organized coffee station, assisting with polishing glassware and cutlery during downtime, and monitoring coffee supplies and equipment to report any issues promptly.

Teamwork and communication are vital in this role, as the Barista will work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to facilitate an efficient flow of operations, particularly during peak lunch and dinner hours.
