This role is for the position of Barista within the Highgate Hotels portfolio, a position that emphasizes providing outstanding customer service and creating a friendly and welcoming environment for guests. Baristas are responsible for taking customer orders and preparing coffee, tea, and other beverages to customer specifications, ensuring quality and consistency. Additionally, baristas operate cash registers and credit card machines, maintaining accurate transactions and cash handling practices. This hourly position requires the ability to stand for the entire shift, occasionally lift or carry items up to 40 pounds, and perform tasks that require reaching, turning, and precision.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for entire shift
