We are currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Barista, reporting directly to the Store Manager. This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys engaging with customers. The role requires dedication not only to preparing specialty espresso beverages but also to maintaining stringent beverage safety and cleanliness standards. The Barista will be responsible for mastering our extensive training materials to ensure familiarity with our menu and consistently deliver excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include preparing customized coffee beverages with precision, performing latte art, handling coffee beans according to customer specifications, and operating the POS system with accuracy. Physical endurance and mobility are essential, as the job demands standing, walking, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly. Candidates must be flexible with their work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
