Baristas are responsible for providing outstanding guest service through expert knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation techniques. This position requires mastery of coffee recipes, educating both teammates and customers, and consistently making beverages to precise brand standards. As a tipped position, baristas will receive base hourly pay between $16.00 and $18.00, with additional earnings possible through tips.
