In addition to crafting excellent beverages and food, Baristas support the smooth functioning of the cafe by performing essential operational tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a safe and respectful working environment. Health, safety, and food hygiene guidelines are strictly followed to maintain the highest standards expected by Blue Bottle. Upon joining, Baristas complete formal Blue Bottle Academy training followed by a 90-day validation period to ensure comprehensive skill proficiency.

This position offers a competitive wage starting at $18.25 per hour plus average tips ranging from $6 to $9 per shift hour, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding skilled and dedicated team members. Eligibility to work in the United States and being at least 18 years old are prerequisites for this role.
