Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage preferred but not required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Capability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to health and safety standards
- Ability to engage in repetitive tasks with precision
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, teammates, vendors, and suppliers
- Make and serve a variety of delicious beverages using different brewing and preparation methods
- Prepare and serve delicious food items
- Continuously cultivate knowledge of beverage and food offerings through tastings, cuppings, and trainings
- Taste beverages regularly to ensure quality and uphold standards
- Create community in cafes by sharing coffee knowledge and inspiring teammates
- Support daily cafe operations including cleaning, dishwashing, sweeping, dusting, mopping, and organizing
- Advocate for sustainability and help achieve company-wide environmental goals
- Uphold health, food safety, and safety guidelines
- Promote a safe and respectful working environment
- Complete Blue Bottle Academy training and 90-day skill validation post hire
