Job Description

Monsieur Dior by Dominique Crenn, located in the prestigious Beverly Hills on iconic Rodeo Drive, is a luxury dining destination operated by Delaware North's Patina Group. This exclusive establishment is the result of a collaboration between the esteemed fashion house Dior and three-Michelin-starred chef Dominique Crenn. The restaurant offers an à la carte menu that emphasizes seasonal ingredients and artistic presentation, reflecting Dior's legacy of haute couture and cinematic storytelling. Every dish is inspired by influential fashion moments and cultural references, creating a unique culinary experience that harmoniously blends gastronomy and artistry. This venue provides an elegant and high-end setting where meticulously crafted cuisine and exceptional service are at the core of the guest experience.

Delaware North is a global, family-owned hospitality and food service company with over a 100-year history. The company manages a wide range of venues including sports arenas, national parks, casinos, hotels, and restaurants worldwide. At Delaware North, employees are valued as part of a legacy that encourages growth and success in various career paths. This opportunity as a Barista at Monsieur Dior offers an exciting chance to be part of such a legacy, to grow hospitality skills, and to engage with diverse guests in a dynamic, luxury environment.

The Barista role at Monsieur Dior is a pivotal position defined by excellence in guest service and mastery of coffee preparation. Whether employed full-time or part-time, this role caters to individuals who are willing to interact with a diverse clientele while developing their coffee expertise and hospitality skills. The Barista will be responsible for delivering exceptional service by mastering coffee recipes and ingredients, educating both teammates and customers about the offerings, and preparing beverages precisely according to brand specifications. This position also involves suggestive selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.

The role is physically engaging, requiring constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions, as well as the ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds and remain stationary throughout the shift. Shifts typically cover evenings, holidays, weekends, and weekdays, demonstrating the need for flexibility in scheduling. Since this position is tipped, the hourly wage of $17.87 does not include potential additional income from tips, making the overall earning potential higher.

Delaware North prioritizes the well-being of its team members by providing a comprehensive benefits package which includes weekly pay, training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible work schedules. Eligible employees can also access health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, an employee assistance program, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement.
