Job Description

Aramark is a global leader in food services, facilities management, and uniform services, operating across 15 countries worldwide. Known for its commitment to service and innovation, Aramark serves millions of guests daily through diverse food and facility solutions. The company fosters a culture rooted in purpose, aiming to create positive impacts not only for employees but also for communities, partners, and the planet. Aramark is dedicated to providing equal employment opportunity where all individuals can freely participate and thrive, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic. The company values professional growth and personal development, creating an environment where employees are encouraged to pursue new challenges, find a sense of belonging, and realize their full potential.

The role of Barista Lead at Aramark is pivotal in delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects the company’s quality standards and brand values. This position involves crafting memorable interactions through timely service, quality beverage preparation, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and fostering strong teamwork. As a Barista Lead, you will take on both customer-facing responsibilities and leadership duties, including training baristas in beverage and food preparation, customer service techniques, cash handling, and product knowledge. This role requires proficiency with POS registers and managing cash transactions accurately to uphold Aramark’s cash handling policies.

Your leadership will extend to scheduling and delegating work assignments, coordinating tasks to ensure smooth operations during shifts, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. The position demands an ability to work independently while supporting and guiding team members to achieve service excellence. Physical aspects of the role include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking, and standing, along with adherence to dress codes and personal protective equipment requirements.

This career opportunity at Aramark not only offers the chance to hone barista skills and supervisory experience but also to be part of a global organization that values its workforce and drives continuous improvement. If you have previous barista and cash handling experience, leadership potential, and a passion for customer service, this role is designed to enhance your professional journey in a supportive, dynamic environment. Join Aramark and contribute to a culture where service excellence and employee growth go hand in hand.
