The Barista position at Coach is vital for delivering exceptional customer experiences within the store’s cafe environment. As a Barista, you will represent the Coach brand with enthusiasm and professionalism, actively contributing to the store’s sales goals by engaging guests and promoting beverages, food, and merchandise. Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting preferred
- Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks
- Organizational skills and ability to work with food and beverage operating systems
- Ability to meet store operating policies and standards including food safety and cash handling
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting preferred
