The Barista I position at Sodexo, located at UC Health Memorial Hospital Central, is a full-time overnight shift role with a pay range of $19.50 to $21.84 per hour. As a Barista I, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by crafting high-quality beverages tailored to customer preferences. This role is ideal for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming coffee service area. You will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, preparing and serving an assortment of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccinos, tea, and specialty drinks, all while adhering to the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Your duties will include not only beverage preparation but also assisting in maintaining the coffee bar or cart with attractive displays and well-stocked supplies. You will also manage sales transactions efficiently using cash registers and follow all cash-handling procedures. The position requires physical stamina to stand or walk for extended periods, along with the ability to lift and move supplies up to 50 pounds occasionally.
