The work schedule includes varying shifts, days, hours, and rotating weekends, which will be detailed during the interview process.
Sodexo supports its employees with a flexible work environment that recognizes life’s important moments, ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance career growth, and a comprehensive benefits package. Additionally, some locations may provide site-specific benefits such as free shift meals or allowances, uniforms, safety shoes, and public transportation or parking support.
Joining Sodexo as a Barista I means becoming part of a company that values fairness, respect, and inclusivity. Employees’ ideas and opinions are encouraged, ensuring a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
