The Barista I position at Sodexo offers an opportunity to be part of this impactful mission in a dynamic customer-facing role. As a full-time Barista I, you will take on the essential task of crafting high-quality, hand-prepared beverages such as coffee, espresso, lattes, teas, and specialty drinks tailored to customer preferences. Situated within a financial services company location, this role provides an engaging work environment with varying shifts that require open availability, enabling you to grow your expertise in beverage preparation and customer service. The position is compensated at $14 to $15 per hour, reflecting Sodexo’s commitment to providing competitive pay.

In this role, you will be expected to greet guests warmly and deliver fast, personalized service, ensuring every customer interaction leaves a positive impression. Your duties include maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the coffee bar, managing inventory and supplies, handling sales transactions with accuracy, and educating customers about menu options through suggestive selling techniques. Physical requirements are an important aspect of the role, as the job involves significant walking, standing throughout long shifts, and manual handling of equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds.
