Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Learn the details of all menu items and specials so you can help guests and answer their questions with confidence
  • Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and complete orders promptly with attention to detail
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations ensuring guest and team member well-being
